No legality in the description concerning this is a public forum and the administrators of the site cannot be held liable for the content discussed in here.
Which brings me back to my question and your opinions on whether the site could be held liable if a drunken sly pic was shown?
I am not trying to start the whole Internet debate about who has what rights. I just find it interesting that sly indicated he would some how take legal action against anyone who posted a picture of him on here. Is that indeed the reason no sb party pics have ever shown up?

They didnt show up cos Scotty is about as nice a dude as there is and if someone requests something not be shown, he's goin to respect that request and honor it.
Same goes for deletions, reposts (tho rare) etc.

The guy obviously hates Seth since he only responses with as I stated before - insults and rants at him.
Its funny he did not respond at all to AE's version of the events. Like said has been very amusing reading and nice way to waste away a boring day at work.

Ok fair enough but you didn't address the legal aspect if they had been shown. Is the fact that this is a public forum (IMO since anyone can join) is any and all rhetoric totally outside bounds of legal repercussions?

I do NOT think that they can be sued- the pics arent Sly's property- they're the property of the cameral owner, who is another user here (several).
And its not like Scotty's makin loot off the use of the pics, so, id vote no.
