Intersting story I've been following. Ended in an acquittal yesterday. Apparently some bored black youths decided to have some fun and go to a white neighborhood to "catch a body". It ended with the shooting death of a 17 year old white kid.

I was wondering why this wasn't prosecuted as a hate crime. Also wondering how it ended in an acquittal. Furthermore I wonder why it hasn't gotten more media attention.

Wow. Most morally bankrupt culture since the Nazi's. Makes the KKK look like a college social fraternity.

This murder took place literally 4 blocks from where I live, though I wasn't living there at the time. People in the neighborhood are pretty bummed and frustrated. Hopefully they give the guy the max penalty for the gun possession charge.

5 years for a racially motivated murder? Doesn't seem right.

The murder took place pretty much right between my house and the North Star. I'm a little further east and south of where it took place.

I'm not sure if I'm more sad or more angry. Forget for a minute that the victims were white. Just look at the actions of those involved. They go out to play a "game" of killing another human. The very thick line that they crossed, were done so easily, so philosophically common, that they were able to meet up with another group of black youths, who they didn't know. And they wanted to go along with the "game" because it sounded fun. As I can see some AA leader saying that "there good boys", or "it's an isolated incident". THis shows a clear pattern that is the crisis that is the inner city AA community. The black youths are so intrenched in thsi sort of counter-culture, that all ideas of right and wrong are replaced with violence, drugs, babies with no parents, no education, and an adaptation of the English language that helps dumb it down.
What kind of a person who dance and mock those who loose a loved one by way of murder, even if it was your family member accused. The same type of person who wants to be part of there counter-culture, no an civilized socitey.

Quinzell & Quenisha = Guilty your honor

Maybe there's a lawyer on the boards who can help me, but if they know one of the 6 guys killed Pierson, just not WHICH one, can't they all be charged with accessory to murder? At the very least?

I bet the whites on the jury were too pussy to speak the fuck up and convict.

I don't know if you can blame the jury if there's lack of evidence, but you can blame the "no snitchin" code of the streets.

The jury had a duty to remove this animal from the streets and did not do it.
