The police really effed this one up. You can even hear Kerry in the background saying let the kid ask his question.

These cops need to take lessons from any event security team at any stadium venue. There were four or five of them. You remove the kid from the situation and deal with him in a holding area, squad car etc.

I don't know if he deserved, but it was certainly worth its weight in comedy gold.

Wrong FB. The original reason cited for having tasers was so that
life-threatening situations, such as perp possessing a knife, could be resolved non-fatally, i.e. without having to shoot him.

Being an asshole, lipping off to an officer, asking what you're being arrested for do NOT constitute life-threatening situations.

Unfortunately, most cops now view a taser as just another tool in their belt they get to use whenever they damn well please.

If this kids pants were down round the knees, had a white baggy T shirt on and said "Dont taze me yo!" instead of "Dont taze me bro" he'd be up in arms.

This was brutal and I hope those campus cops (Read: Renta cops) all end up workin at Wendys.

Im learning a lot about the new wave of "law enforcement" and they seem to be a bunch of power crazed abusive folks who get off on it.

Kinda mixed feelings on this one. When I read the story, I thought I'd feel like FB... then I saw the video and felt like Seth... then I went to the little asshole's website and now I feel like FB again. Everybody - Kerry, the fuzz and of course that stupid little prick (who's already lawyered up, by the way) are all in the wrong on this one.

My biggest problem with the whole thing is that these "cops" didn't negotiate. Plus, they tased him while he was already on the ground and not a threat.

Being a douchebag isn't illegal and while I did enjoy watching him get tazed, I'm sure he'll make sure to drive by the police station in his state funded Bentley a couple days per week (doing the exact speed limit).

Cops, in general, are a seriously fucked up group of people. I know some cops who are great guys and really well adjusted. I also know quite a few cops who use their work as an outlet for their mental problems.

I just wish The Revs would come to this guy's aid. Here's a guy who did nothing more than be annoying and entitled while they organize marches for violent criminals to be freed.

I'm beginning to think they care less about civil rights and more about their own agenda, but maybe I'm just cynical.

He didn't deserve to get tasered but I'm glad he did, just because (he'll get a lawyer and get money so he'll be OK) I think the funniest thing was they were getting him out of the arena because he was a disruption to Kerry, I just laugh that he is a big Kerry supporter to me it just funny and wrong at the same time like Family Guy or Drawn Together...
