Exactly. The cop was clearly a little quick on the trigger finger there, but what was that guy doing walking away with his hands in his pockets?

The whole reason they went to tazers was for this type of scenario. It's a shady situation, guy is acting strange, refusing to obey the officer, and he has to make a judgment call. He's not putting a bullet in him...just putting him on the ground.

I definitely would have Tazed the girl. The family that gets Tazed together...

In todays world cops have to be careful I guess, but I still don't have any sympathy for them when it doesn't go right.
