They finally got him

Guess we cant all get along.

Surprised he had enough courage to call the Police after they senselessly attacked him years ago.

I think he was too drunk to realize- otherwise he'd have handled it "in-house ghetto style"

Funny how he rides a bike now instead of smoking dust and driving at speeds that would make Jeff Gordon cringe

That is to say: Good thing he learned the "tough love" lesson Stacey Koon et al taught him.

I'm surprised they didn't charge him with DUI- maybe the cops are gun shy with him anymore

FB they probably would have BUT they didn't actually see him riding his bike under the influence, he would have said he was shot and went home called them and started drinking to deal with the pain... TRUST me I bet they not only wanted to try and charge him they probably didn't want to take him to the hospital for treatment or even take his statement... there is still a pretty bad core of cops on that force... they are just smarter and more careful not to get caught or at least videotaped...
