Not sure how many "Gadget Geeks" are here, but what are some of your must haves? Could be equipment or even some cool websites....

Blackberry-I know it's not a latest or greatest, but I still love mine. Got a new curve a couple of months ago, and it has made business life so much easier.

I really like my blue-tooth, but I can't stand those "Blue-Tools"! You know, those people who wear there headsets everywhere, and still talk ten times louder than necessary.

I got one of those Digital picture frames for Christmas, and I like it much more than I thought I would. Got a 2GB SD card and loaded about 500 pics on it. It has a shuffle or slide show mode thats pretty cool.

My PS3. Love it. From the gaming to Blu-Ray.

If you EVER need to buy cables for anything(HDMI, Ethernet, cables, speaker wire etc.) GO to monoprice.com
It has hands down the best prices. For Christmas, my nephew needed an HDMI for his PS3. They are $80 and up at best buy, but at Monoprice, they go for as low as $3.21. I have three that I got about a year ago and an HDMI switcher for under $40. Amazing prices. Great quality.

A new website that my buddy told me about is for Music Lovers. It's http://www.last.fm/
You enter the music you like, and it finds Artist or like kind bands that match your request. I have learned about a lot great bands that I never heard of from last.fm

PS3 - I'm running this with the latest version of TVersity which allows me to pull pix/mp3s/movies from my pc and play them on the tv. Let's say Sunday afternoon I download 4 movies via BitTorrent and Sunday night I have 'hunted and gathered' movie choices for the girlfriend. Plus killing time watching YouTube clips from the couch and oh yeah, it plays games. Currently mashing through Resistance:FOM co-op. I don't want a mess of electronics in my living room damnit.. the ps3 simplifies.

Did you know all you have to do is set MediaPlayer to "share" to do all that?

I did that, and the Xbox and PS3 both read all the media files now.

My favorite gadget is my digital watch.

My favorite gadget would have to be my facsimile transmission machine.

In addition to performing what I would consider "magic", it has a sweet phone receiver as well. It's a little like an iPhone in terms of versatility.

I think corkscrews are usually those terrible things that have the two wings on them. When I was "in the biz" most people referred to the thing they carried as a "wine key".

I'm going with IMS on this one and say "Blackberry." My new job gives everyone one and it makes my "standing in pee waiting for the subway" time more productive. Plus, I'm writing this post on the toilet (not really).

In no particular order:

1.) Wacom Tablet
2.) Canon Digital SLR (and lenses)
3.) Money Clamp (don't carry a wallet)
4.) Cell phone

No iPod, no Blackberry, no HD anything...

I'm slowly turning into my father.

Creative Labs Vision
Verizon "V" phone

Everything else is more of less ok. Not really big on too many gadgets, and I avoid blackberrys like Redskins fans. Just had bad experiences loading them up (even though it was all Nextel's fault.....stupid nimrods) and it just seems like there isn't one week that goes by without at least one malfunctioning in the office.

there is no reason for anyone to use anything other than a "rabbit" or some similar device to open their wine at this point.

I'm confused, why do you need anything to open up a bottle of wine? Just twist it off.

Once you master the technique of using a wine key, there really isn't a faster easier way to open wine.

Synthetic corks have made it even faster.

As a side note, there are many expensive "fine" wines that have gone the route of screw top.
