really, fred? brisket is pretty much the staple beef in bbq around the country. in texas, for instance, brisket is bigger than pork or chicken for bbq.

easy, fred. brisket is the only cow meat that i know of that is used in bbq anywhere in america, so i thought anyone familiar with bbq would be familiar with it.
