I wish no harm upon F_B. But, olv26, I must say that if I were to represent you in this contract negotiation, I'd recommend perhaps upping the offer a smidge and make F_B add in the "Louisville Slugger Clause" to the contract.
Agree to the backend he suggested and I think you'd be ok.
All merely in the interest of fair counsel, BTW.
