Ok...I have to work...and Fagel lives in Sweden. Does everybody else just stay up all the time? I am normally a 4 hour/night person...but this is ridiculous.

Jules, I have irregular sleeping habits. I'll often conk out around 11 and then wake up around 3 or 4 to stay up for another hour or two before crashing again for a couple more hours of sleep.
Not healthy, I know, but neither was the steak tartar and cassoulet dinner I ate last night.

I think the fish adds weight and does not "lighten up the level"
