In terms of human celebrities, I guess I'd go with Nicole Eggert when she was on Charles in Charge.

F-D, how many times you watched "Blown Away". Be honest. Any "timeouts" in the middle?

First "crush"-- 1st grade. Her name was (and is) Kristin Freeman, Merrick Elementary School.
First celebrity crush-- Debbie Gibson, circa 1987-88 (age 8), probably due primarily to the fact that we shared a hometown.
First crush that I would've known what to do about it-- Ms. O'Hagan, a just-out-of-college art teacher at Merrick Avenue Middle School. God knows what the hell they were thinking putting this fine specimen in fron of 13/14 year old boys. If I had a dollar for every kid that got busted for making or writing inappropriate remarks about her that year, drinks would be on me at the draft party...

Debbie Gibson?
I'll admit to owning one of the 5 copies of "Electric Youth" in circulation, but either way...

I should've read your post more thoroughly. Admitting this took considerably more balls than what I said. Kudos.

What's sadder is that I found a youtube clip that had her dancing to EY on the Arsenio Hall show.
I was mad at myself for ever thinking that was cool.

All joking about the cartoons aside, any young guy in early teens would dry hump pretty much anything.
Debbie Gibson, the chick from the Bangles, Tiffany (though I don't dig red-heads), etc. fit the desired mold for most pube-raged guys - female, thin, and not related. In our older years, we can look back and chuckle, but with mormons coursing through our veins, I won't hold guys accountable for who they dug when they were going through puberty.
Except EAG, of course.
Kidding!

Agreed. I wonder how well everyone else's "first-round draft picks" so to speak are holding up 20 years later. My aforementioned art teacher just hit 40 and, well, let's just say Hef won't be calling anytime soon...
