No! But the Supreme Court IS! Literally the greatest legal minds of our generation pored over the minutiae of this issue, and have found against the legality of GitMo THREE TIMES, but you are certain they are incorrect?

NC, that link talks about what happens at the tribunals. The fact of the matter is that the majority have not only not had a tribunal - they haven't even been charged with anything.
