WTF indeed. so it's an "attack" by obama's "surrogate" when a retired general of the US army offers an opinion on a candidate's qualifications as commander in chief.

How does everyone feel about Michelle Hussein Obama?
Seems a bit of a bitch to me. Inferring that the deck is stacked against her yet she got into Princeton with grades that would get a white person offered a landskaping position at one of the Ancient 8 schools

NTFF! I seriously laughed out loud on that one.
I don't know a thing about her, but I assume her middle name isn't also Hussein.

I don't know what they were exactly. flesh. but she admitted her scores were low.
She says she doesn't "test well", which is a common excuse used by dullards exposed by a standardized test.

Here's a ton of information on M. Hussein O.'s free ride and "sizeable but fragile" ego.
Actually, pretty enlightening stuff, but I really don't care how stupid the President's wife is.

If he raises taxes to those levels, succesful people will only have "change", as in nickels, dimes, quarters, and the wayward JFK 50 cent piece

-------------------------------------------
Only once since 1917 has there been a tax-rate increase equal to or greater than the two twin tax proposals being made by Obama. That tax increase, the Revenue Act of 1932, was proposed by Herbert Hoover. The result was an even greater budget deficit, plummeting tax revenue and a lengthier Great Depression.

Not necessarily agreeing with Obama on taxes by the way, just making an attempt to be "fair and balanced."

Taxes have to be raised until government spending is under control. We all need to get a little real here...you can't continue spending more while taxing less.
Capital gains won't be 28%, by the way...maybe low 20's.
The bottom line is most Americans will pay less taxes under either candidate's proposed plan and the wealthy will pay more taxes if Obama gets the nod.
Call me an asshole, but since I'm not wealthy, I don't give a shit.
The real problem is the spending in Washington, no?

Taxes would stay the same, but spending would be cut by 90%. Also, any Senators or Congressmen who give him trouble would have torn ACLs in under 6 months.

I couldn't get to Dino's link above, but here's the link I posted earlier in the thread.
In short, everyone making under $161K pays less than they used to under either plan. In the next bracket up ($161K to $227K), you still save either way (though you save an extra $2K per year with McCain).
In the next bracket (up to $630K) you will pay the same with Obama as you do now. McCain will save you 7 grand over what you're paying now.
If you make over $630K, bend over for Lord O-ama. linc
