They showed him sitting in a pool in an innertube. So obviously he is playing the son of a cleaning lady that gloms on and uses her employer's propery when they are away.

so it will be interesting to see if mccain picks ridge as his VP, as is being speculated.
that could really be his death knell as he will lose a significant part of his conservative base.

I'd highly doubt he'll pick Ridge. He'll probably hold his nose and take Romney.

I think Mccain needs a good Southern Republican... He does/did not do well in a lot of the primaries down here in "Dixie"

Mr. Ferrara is director of entitlement and budget policy for the Institute for Policy Innovation. He served in President Reagan's White House Office of Policy Development, and as associate deputy attorney general under the President George H.W. Bush.
Imagine that

Why does McCain need a Southern guy? BARACK's campaign has spent tons of money in NC and Georgia and the result is they are losing/losing ground rapidly in key battleground states while McCain basically hasn't spent a dime in NC, GA, etc. and is still leading.

BMA,
Because the south I think is where the battle will be won or lost... The large concentration of "colored folks" for Obama and large contingent of "conservatives" for the Republicans.

Inside my skull?
For once I'd like to see you start an interesting thread or post an unbiased opinion, and argue/debate it thru without resorting to inane and cliched statements you stole from somebody else's messageboard.
Come on dude. You can do it.

I challenged you a long time ago to defend the Global Poverty Act. Ironic that you mention crickets. Tired and unfunny cliches are vastly superior to anything you offer.

As opposed to larceny of ideas on the internet.

The Global Poverty Act, you say?
Let me do some research, you start the thread.
If you have to steal people's lines in order to make your points, this should be easier than taking the initiative from a Muslim black communist

No one finds Obama's "Policy" of going after corporations and those "tax breaks" they get for "shipping jobs overseas" and "taxing windfall profits" just blatantly retarded, short-sighted, and not having a shot in hell of passing a well-lobbyed (read: Funded) Congress? I am sure everyone that owns ExxonMobil stock outright or in their mutual fund/401k plan and the market as a whole will be real thrilled when they see the fallout from him actually passing a law saying that Uncle Sam is gonna take a big chunk of their profits.

Even without having done any research, I can tell you one thing- If you eliminate "extreme poverty" as it seems it is Obama's goal to do (and "extreme poverty" is something that "trickle down economics" just isn't effective at combating)- you'd eliminate a lot of these effing radicals terrorists who cling to guns and religion!

Messing with Afternoon naps is like the third rail of American Politics though. And that's what you would need to eliminate to wipe out Extreme poverty.
Thinking you can wipe out extreme poverty world wide as a goal to combat terrorism is somewhere between ridiculously ambitious and completely retarded.

A number of news outlets have referred to this bill as the "Global Poverty Tax." In February 2008, Cliff Kincaid of Accuracy in Media wrote that the Global Poverty Act (S.2433) "would commit the U.S. to spending 0.7 percent of gross national product on foreign aid ... which amounts to a phenomenal 13-year total of $845 Billion over and above what the U.S. already spends" to reduce global poverty.[1] Other outlets ran similar stories, including WorldNetDaily[2], which cites Kincaid as a source. This, however, is false. The bill requires the president to develop a plan to implement the Millennium Development Goal of reducing the amount of people who live on less than a dollar a day. The bill makes no policy statement regarding the implementation of other Millennium Development Goals and no mention of how the bill would be funded.
Imagine that.
No mention of putting everyone in a Bentley.
Huh.

Brother Iggle,
Ohio, Colorado, Virginia, Florida, Minnesota and Michigan are the key battleground states and McCain shouldn't have any problem placing Florida in his column. The South isn't going to make or break this election.
