To elaborate on flesh's earlier comment:
At one point I was all about Bob, until I hear Steel Pulse's "Smash Hits" and then I was hooked. They are my favorite "non-Wailers" group- their sound is so clean and the lyrics are tight (IMO).
While I liked all their early stuff, I found that their later albums left my long for the "old school", so to speak.
Here's another one of my fav Steel Pulse jams, I think you like, yes?

Another fine choice and another Clash connection. Steel Pulse & The Clash both played the Rock Against Racism show in London, 1978. The line-up:
X-Ray Spex
Carol Grimes
Steel Pulse
The Clash
Tom Robinson Band

Dino. All I can say is thank you Rasta.
I cannot give review proper until "I-an-I" watch this movie at least two more time. But I can say it's TRUE- MUCH respect.
Me favorite part is when Horsey get his bike stolen- and go to his friend Burnin' Spear for some soul searchin, Jah?
Part that burn in Jah mind is that if in America, same scene, baldhead will pull out a joint and dem talk problems out, seen?
In this movie, (I-an-I love this)- Burnin' Spear say hey- "Hold this, mon"- Him pull out TWO spliff- one for me, one for you bumba. Now we sort it out, seen?
And don't think I didn't notice the totally correct Peter Tosh "Steppin Razor" in this- grin from ear to ear, much respect.
Like I said before- I'm gonna have to watch this two more times to give a proper review.
But it catch the feelin' of true brotherhood and reggae on film, and for that I-an-I grateful and feelin much love
