I'd really like to see a breakdown on PMI, myself. It makes no sense to me whatsoever, other than to provide a small hedge to the lenders if the value of the property falls. But they've gotta make a SHITload on that. And I do not believe the word "Private" is applicable, that implies 3rd party, which I do not believe for a second.
Thankfully, we don't have it, but I'd still like to know WTF the deal is with that.

I don't know what the deal is with PMI, but I've wondered. I don't pay it now, but we did on our last house.
