When I log on to this site, I don't get the "picture" stuff on the front page. It's just a gray block, and Philly.com loads funny as well. Is there a "plug in" that I need to download?

IMS... I only ever use Firefox unless I'm testing in Explorer. The only plugin you need is the Flash Player
