Visit all the "wonders of the world". Hanging gardens of Babylon might be a bit problematic.
Climb Everest (at least to the base camp) and toss back a few with Maoist rebels and the Chinese. Would be interesting.
Visit Butan before commercialization effs it up.
Eat some cocca leaves atop Machu Picchu.
Cage/shark dive off Cape Town.
Ring in the New Year with some Czech hookers in London (or any where for that matter).
Watch the Mali Desert music festival.
Just starters.

I want to live somewhere for a year or two where forced to speak (and ultimately learn) a second language.
And I want to see #5 get back to the Super Bowl and win (sniff, sniff)

Wait are we talking actually attainable feats, or just fantastical dreams that have no chance of ever happening?
Cause that "see Five win the Super Bowl" is kinda ridiculous

Invent, construct, and install a SAW-like contraption.
Capture Fred_Barnett and place him in it.

Ok, I see we're going for the fantastical then.
Mine would start with:
Sail around the world on a luxury cruise liner with stops in Australia, Hong Kong, Ireland, Alaska, West Africa, among others
Gather an exotic animal from each of these places- for example, a kangaroo joey, a Panda, a wild elk, a three-toed sloth, a moose, etc.
Then gather fur samples from each of these animals and create a wig for Glenn with so many interesting stories and history that he can retell, that he will never be boring or unfunny again
Yes, a magic wig

On the serious side:
1: teach my kid to throw a fastball/knuckleball/football.
2: pay off my mortgage.
3: see the aztec temples in Mexico.
4: see the pyramids.
5: tour Rome.
6: watch a soccer match in a pub in England or Ireland (don't care which).
7: 18 holes of golf in Ireland.
8: visit Jerusalem.
9: see my kid get married/have kids/spoil the hell out of said kids
10: get back to Philly for at least one more Eagle game with my dad.

You don't need a million dollars to do nothing, man. Just look at my cousin. He's broke and don't do shit.

F4F, I'm assuming you've done that numerous times. Just asking what you'd want to do before your turn is over?

Oddly enough fagel, Sweden would be on the list if half its inhabitants didn't speak flawless English.

It's killin' me. I work hard on my Swedish and every time I use it, some blue eyed native responds in English. Sad, really.
Now if I was a refugee from some former Soviet state, Karjackistan or whatever, I'd actually get to show off.

As far as the list goes, Lyte's #9 tops mine. After that I'm pretty easy to please.
I want to:
- eat a great/very good meal prepared for me by someone who loves me.
- Oktoberfest
- See the Aurora Borealis
- See Tom Waits/Elvis Costello in a very small venue (50 people tops).
- Read an novel in Swedish.
- See MBE (OBE) win a Super Bowl.

E-in-DC, if you really want to experience unfettered passion, make it an English pub. Watch Wigan or Man City or something like that. Great stuff.
