I don't know about that. We don't have big unsolved cases of serial killers going around like they did decades ago (DC shooter and unibomber I guess were the closest of our generation), but we do get one shots like these nutjobs instead. It's like our crazies are less effective than past generations?

I think we have more serial killer now than we used to, as well, but we're just better at identifying and catching them with new technologies.

serial killers usually take like 5 years to kill 15 people. this dude was more effective
