Good luck with your "case." You were in a public place, outdoors and no one put a name to the people in the image. You don't have much to stand on, and I'm pretty sure Photobucket deals with this all the time and knows their rights on the matter.

Lastly, you can't touch 700level. They aren't even hosting the image.
