So what the eff is up having Westbrook in for the punt return after wasting 30 seconds of clock, only to turn around and have him run the clock out right before the half? Don't like that at all!

Westbrook has the best chance out of anyone on this team to take one to the house.

I was at a Yankee game (rowdy, cheap bleacher seats - but hate on me if you still want to) listening to the draft on the radio when the Eli "I won't play for SD" crap went down. The many Giants fans were pumped at the news. I decided then and there to hate Eli. Passionately.

Don't forget Westbrook ended up with 87 first half rushing yards.

I'm predicting about 145 for the game - figuring the eagles will run much more this game after going up 24-10

I just don't understand why they wasted as much time as they did, and then decided to try to do something to score more points, and then risked further injury to their superstar player all just to run the clock out anyway.

They figure Westy could have a better shot at a big return, but it's risky. He's not getting a ton of reps with that, and could make a mistake. Add that with the season being in question if he gets hurt, and it's a big risk.

it was a dick move (Lindros-esque, if you will) on the part of Eli and Pappa Manning . . . and it is poetic justice that the Bolts are now kicking ass and his Giants suck and look to be worse next year Sans Tiki and with an older D, a still mediocre at best starting QB, me-first receiving targets in Plexi and Shockey, a lame duck coach and a new GM.

They are pretty dumb, but the guy captures a lot of the Andy Reid mannerisms and I get a chuckle out of a couple of comments.

Basically, for giving up Eli, SD got Rivers (QB), Merriman (LB) and Kaeding (PK), along with trade bait to get Roman Oben (who has been hurt but is a solid lineman). 3 Probowlers for a QB that gets booed consistantly in NY.

Just an FYI - if anyone cares - Randy Johnson signed for $13 million per year (2 years) with the diamondbacks.

No reason this guy should be getting $13 million per year. c'mon.
