AJ Smith should very well consider his career as a GM for the NFL secure. That kind of dealing/selection is the type of stuff that brings a team out of the basement.
Now, if Eli ends up becoming a 6 time probowler with a few championships later in his career, it may not seem that way, but right now I don't know many GM's many teams would rather have.
And we're back...
