I seriously question ANYONE who backs the Saints and their frickin push to the SB.
That's just terrible.
NYC had a tradegy too, didn't see anyone here pullin for the Jets or Gints.
F the bayou and all their new "Fans".

Clarified:
Not "New fans" as in those here and elsewhere gettin behind the story- I mean the 'new fans' in N.O., who have such loyal and diehard fans, doncthya know. Just ask Moose Johnston or Siragusa.
Gimmie a break.
I can pull for the Bears cos I like D and theyre a good football town.
Im able to root for the Colts cos of Dungy.
Hell, I'd root for the Patriots outta respect.
Good grief.

Yep! Don't disrespect the Pats! They're the only ones allowed to disrespect other teams.

I"m with Seth...The media makes it sounds like Saint fans are diehards who've blindly supported their team no matter what?
Check the attendance the last few years.
Rememember the Aints paper bags?
I think I'm rooting for Peyton.

And there was much bitterness across the land.
I did hear during the broadcast (or sometime)that they are back on a wait for Season Tix down there. That's not terrible, given the circumstances.

many, if not most, of those season tickets were/are being bought by out-of-towners trying to support the team/city.
all well and good, but lets get the story straight.

Not to mention the price for a season ticket, for the entire season is 200.00.
At that rate, aw hell who cares?

Nope, the NFL pulled for the Red, White, and Blue Patriots instead (since, according to ESPN, they are THE class organization).
Obviously, I cannot root for the Pats or the Mannings. So as long as it is Chicago or N.O., I am content.
