World Cup has more bad acting than on the BBC
Flop, flop, cry
Flop, flop, bawl
Here a flop, there a flop
Everywhere a flop, flop

World cup tournaments are normally a disgrace, the style of football played is so boring. A lot of European and South American players spend most of the time on the floor. If that was the only football i'd seen i'd probably take the same attitude as you towards the sport. The World Cup is meant to be an advertisement to how entertaining it is, but it does the complete opposite because of FIFA trying to sanitise the game. Then they complain about diving, well if they would let people put forceful challenges in then players wouldn't be encouraged to dive around. It's meant to be aggressive and thats how it's played in England, especially in the lower leagues.

IMS,
The best thing to come out of Britain is Benny Hill-
the drama, the plot twists, and of course...
the dirty parties!
~cue the Benny Hill theme song~

Oh, great. South Philly vs South East London. Broad St vs The Old Kent Road. Both sets of supporters/fans who pride themselves on not being liked by others.
Brilliant!
I had no idea Theo Paphitis had sold out to Lurie, BTW. When was this announced?

blue on blue.
as your aware (i think ) that the targeting systems on tanks aircraft ect have a 2 colour reticle if it turns blue it means it is friendly and warns you not to shoot... but it does all depend on the fact it needs intel on both sides to be shared so it can be uploaded to the network they use or esle it comes up as a red reticle. hence why the us pilot shot a british tank the other week he even asked hs command if there was friendly in the area and they said no so he bombed it. it also depends on the pilot, tank gunner and the like to realise its gone blue before they shoot.
blue on blue means friendly fire amd i am suprised you have not heard of this.

Not sure, but I do believe "blue on blue" is used in Britain as a synonym to another one of those great American ozymorons, "friendly fire"

It meens friendly fire!!!!
Im sure you know all about that, Oh i forgot they dont tell you do they.
Wonder why we get pissed check these links.
Big orange flags on the front of our tanks and even one of your pilots says there flags but the other mug says they are orange tipped missiles LOL. So lets blow the shit out of them just incase!!Not even worth a second look first.
Your people said this footage never existed to the coroner court but one of our papers dug it out. Amazing how your lot are quick to show an empty house in Iraq being blown up though.

Those stories made news. But "blue on blue" seems to be a strictly british term. Kind of like "Cunts", when addressing a guy.

There was one other show I remember watching on PBS- I think it was called The Prisoner. Anyone else ever see it? It used to be pretty good, about an agent stuck on this island by these freaky alien sentinel bubble things- and he kept trying to escape the island, and the bubbles kept jacking him up.

Diving (feigning injury) is a cancer in football invented by cheating foreigners. When we won the World Cup in '66 - not one dive.

Prisoner was great.
It begins and ends with Monty Python though as far as great Brit TV.

I don't watch enough "football" to be certain, but it doesn't seem like it's only the "foreigners" squirming all around like freshly landed tuna- I've seen the Brits doing this dance as well- seems like it's "part of the sport"...
