Firstly apologies to the 700 level, it has been too long since i've been on the message board, I exiled myself from the site after failing to attend the Jacksonville tailgate last October. Anyway, thanks to Seth and the guys, who found endless amusement in my story about how I became an eagles fan! even though it was probably the worst game of the season it was still cool to be there! Also got to the game in New Orleans a few weeks before that and had a blast, drinking with birds fan lying outside out hotel on the pavement at 5am! But as both those games resulted in losses I fear that I am not blessed with the luck of the irish and shall not be attending games in the near future! I am well aware that this thread will generate much witty criticism, if not I will be extremely disappointed! That was something I noticed during my trip through the US during football season-no matter where I wore my eagles jersey, I was met with hatred and insults, and loved it1! Heard many great stories about the notoriety of eagles fans-booing a santa claus who wasn't fat enough, meeting injuries to opposing players wih cheers and even seth admitted to booing the war veretans at the linc, priceless!

So keep up the good work guys, good to be back!

What do you mean you're not blessed with the luck of the Irish?!? You muyst not understand the saying, because if it weren't for bad luck the Irish wouldn't have any luck at all... Trust me I know of what I speak...

Well I for one will never look at Seth the same again.

For shame, Jane Fonda, er, Seth.

I said booing is funny when it's a wedding but booing troops goes way to far.

Who wins a fight between two mobs - one Irish (soccer) Football fans and one prime-time NFL Eagles action American Football fans.

Assume both mobs are all 25-35 in age.

Society as a whole, assuming a fair number of serious injuries and fatalities.
