Again, I do not live amongst a bunch of 'hood rats' and those plagues on our neighborhood that I detailed 2 summers ago, have by and large, been eradicated through a systematic and consistent pressure applied by the good people in the neighborhood in conjunction with a few good cops and perhaps immigration.
