and omar looks small...so who can man the middle?...on the outside mccoy looks guick,smart and ready,gocong at least is aggressive( we need that type of passion )spikes is kinda slow and overall the lb's still look weak..especially in the middle

if i recall from another thread, this guy is a troll, a fan of another team here to break balls.
personally, imo the LB's have not been a stronger unit as a whole in many yrs. contrary to what the shitface who started this thread wrote, i have heard that trott and spikes are flying around with speed and power. gaither is def. not too small. gocong and bradley are in a battle for the SAM...rdiddy loves bradley, gcobb loves the tank, and if mccoy makes the team, he will be the 6th or 7th LB. the LB's will be a major upgrade this yr, and part of the reason this defense will take a big step forward over '06.

i think the only way this defense takes a step forward is by stopping the run better. the dline staying healthy and improved LB play gets it done
