In all honesty, this is a trouble spot. The Birds rarely come out sharp to start the season, TONS of new faces, etc.

The Packers are a team that's back on the rise and their front 7 is no joke...they are laying in the weeds and no one is talking about them. Brandon Jackson is a Buck-before-the-injuries clone.

I see the birds doing just enough against the run to make Farve throw. When Farve throws, there will be interceptions. I think he's only like 2 interceptions away from being the all-time record holder in that department.

Definitely see a tight game, Birds get down early and claw back in the second half, edging the Pack by a score of 24 - 20.

With this being Favre's last year (again), I can see him rousing the troops and them playing with a lot more emotion. Favre at this point might as well do "At The Movies", since he's always good for a few picks, but the Pack will make sure the game doesn't fall on Favre's shoulders.

No, if the Birds lose, like Seth said, it'll be because the D couldn't even stop the 700level guys from making a first down. I think the Birds will win, but not before making a lot of people sing the Tums song.

And watch Sav and Akers. This game will come down to field position and FGs, and if he screws up once, Akers is going to complain all year.

From what I heard about Westbrook this year he is a beast. He should have a monster year and will score at least 2 TDs in this game.

McNabb looked good for someone coming off a serious knee injury.

Favre is old and washed up.

Eagles will do enough on defense to limit GB to a few scores and get a couple of turnovers of Farves miscues.

In addition to the Most Interceptions record, I think I read that Farve is entering this season needing seven TDs to leapfrog up that list, too. All the more reason for him to air out a few ducks.

I hate to say it, but FB is gonna start with the 80/20 pass/run ratio and it's gonna take late game heroics from the all the usual suspects (Westbrook or McNabb)

Defense won't melt down and I see 3-4 picks off favre and his 53 year old fucking broke down ass.
