Turns out that one of the killers was household help. A gardener I believe. Make sure you know who you are hiring. YOu never know where it will come from. It is one thing to but up with looking at bad skin and crooked teeth of your common laborer, but when you get those who envy your wealth, that can be deadly.

There were some great rappers, but they were few and far between. The music is mostly terrible and this is not coming from a a guy who hates rap.

No need to limit it to rap. Most currently produced music sucks ass. Few of the current bands/artists will stand the test of time. It is no coincidence that Led Zepplin is still listened to now but Whitesnake CDs are sold for 99 cents at CD exchange stores. Other than Nirvana (maybe), Tupac, and a select few from the last decade....who will listen to the current crap rolled off the assembly line? Kevin Federline? Clay Aiken?

Yeah, because somehow, awareness has not become profitable, and most of these flash in the pan artists are just factory carbon cutouts with no real substance.

That's why anyone with any credibility as far as musical taste goes the indie/alternative/underground route. That's where you usually find the creative stuff.

I agree. I love good house/trance from a dj who knows how to mix. The good ones usually unearth old songs that I would probably never have heard and breathe life into them with new melodies. More than a few don't release albums. They usually play new sets every time they perform. Love it.
