"Coaching for Dummies 101" has not called for the running game yet, I guess.

Feely sucks, but so does McNabb.

Time to see if the kicking game will work in this weather.

There's a FG, down by 4.

The Eagles should be kicking the living crap out of the Seahawks right now, but here they sit 4 points behind. Baffling play calling mixed in with a healthy dose of idiocy at QB will do that to any team though I suppose.

doesn't sound like what you were saying last week NEAG, but maybe I'm confused, interpreting your anti-McNabb blather as praise of AJ when I shouldnt be . . . that said (and we are in diametric disagreement about #5's remaining skills), even you have to admit that McNabb today at 60% is still a better option than AJ at 100%

And a missed FG from Seattle means the D lucked out. Now back to your regularly scheduled turnover machine.

And the defensive stand followed by the missed FG continues to showcase the bad weather conditions. Not sure I needed to hear any blathering about it from Siragusa, but I guess it was more entertaining than what was happening on the field.

it's an indication of the emerging truisim in the league, that running backs are almost a dime a dozen, still an important position, but with the size of linemen and blocking schemes, you don't pay bigtime RBs past a certain age (roughly 30) . . . ie. guys like Edge, Alexander, Ahman Green and to a lesser extent Jamal Lewis

Seahawks start on the Eagles side of the field = TD

Seahawks start on their side of the field = not a TD

Not understanding the lack of holding calls on whomever is "blocking" Cole, but I guess it doesn't matter at this point.

I'll give Feeley this . . . he's willing to make risky throws that McNabb isn't (doesn't have faith in the receivers to make). High risk/high reward.

Hope is not lost because the Seahawks suck almost as bad as the Eagles, but they play in a much weaker division. Still, the TD makes the game more watchable at this point.

On a side note, Feely would have been a perfect back up to Kurt Warner in the "greatest show" era of the Rams, as the dude just knows where the receiver is supposed to be and throws it to the spot no matter what the coverage might be.

Yeah, who cares about coverage or accuracy, just throw the ball, someone will catch it.

Sheppard is playing pretty tight coverage on Burlesson, but Hasselbeck is a pretty darn accurate passer.
