Jules, you obviously don't understand what it is like to disrespected like the Pats. According to patsfans forum, the officials "jobbed" the Pats because they wanted the Eagles to win. They were citing all of the defensive holding and illegal contact the eagles were doing the disrespected WRs.

I'd like someone to explain how Brady continually gets away with getting right in an official's face and complaining about a call (or lack thereof.)

Two of those PI calls were weak. The Moss one was really weak cuz Moss just barrels into the DB and basically does an Italian soccer player "dive".

They'll lose in the playoffs - the Colts are slugging it out within the NFL's best division, and I think that will toughen them up enough to beat them in Foxboro.

And if NE goes 16-0, the pressure to win the SB will be unbelievable, and even now I think they're starting to crack a bit.

I can't see the Colts beating NE in NE.

They just have a history of choking outside.

I think this team is different, plus they've been able to beat them up there in the regular season. Even beyond that, this NE team isn't as daunting as prior years, even with that explosive offense.

I mean defensively, specifically. Their D got carved up by two guys who shouldn't be starting, their run D isn't that good (covered up by scoring lots of points), and Brady sometimes has tunnel vision with Moss.

I guess I'm trying to say that they're somewhat overrated, as opposed to previous years, where they were tough all around. And they can only play the disrespect angle for so long.

ok check this, yes the NFL is rigged to a certain extent. there's proof. last year an nba ref was caught red handed gettin paid off, he even admitted it and is probably gonna pull time for it. I refuse to believe that that was the only case. refs are payed off all the time and probably certain postition players as well. I mean you all see these horrific calls every sunday. they're watchin the same game you are. they're not stupid. they're makin those bad calls on purpose. In addition, how many people out there have noticed the heavy increase in upsets these days. damn near every game is an upset. you cant pick em anymore. it didnt used to be like that. who would believe that green bay would be 10-2 if i told u that last season. or chicago the defending nfc champs would totally fall off for no apparent reason other than thomas jones is gone.

Green, the ref admitted that there were several others involved in the NBA scandal who were paid off.

The one guy whom I met that is very well connected had the suspicion that it was, but had no proof. I'm not saying I have proof. I AM saying, I hate NE and I think some of those no-calls and some of those calls were complete bullshit.
