FWIW- I vote bounce the fat man and hold onto McNabb.

McNabb has reached the end of his rope here.

If McNabb wants to stay? No doubt, I want to keep him, and at the least get him in an offense that doesn't throw the ball 50 freakin' times in a windstorm.

But my opinion is that they can both go.

Not working for me either, but my vote is the same as Seth's.

McNabb can still win given a traditional offense and with the addition of 1 more playmaker (either a gamebreaking TE of a go-to WR).

Reid has proven to be a stubborn loser who is incapable of learning from his mistakes. Under an ownership that has given him too much power and not enough professional supervision, he'll continue to walk into the wall like a wind-up retardbot.

You need a third choice: Mcnott and Reid both go.

Maybe we could replace Reid with the dude from Kansas? At least he's worth a chuckle or two a game just looking at him trying to breathe on the sidelines.

Probably no worry about him calling his own plays either, since he probably couldn't get his hand with the playchart close enough to his face.

I'll keep Reid because athletes come and go, but great offensive minds only come along once in a blue moon. Plus- if he stays and McNabb goes, like Pinhead said in Hellraiser, "I'll show you a whole new level of suffering!" And I'll enjoy every painful moment of it!

I'd say McNabb goes, as I posted in another thread, I wonder if the big problem isn't McNabb changing the plays or audibling out of runs to pass plays for his own benefit...

Reid/Marty seem to call decent to good games when #5 isn't in there, PLUS #5 is now 32 and if you're going to start all over do it with a new QB, not an old QB and a new coach that will install a new Offense that the QB will take a year or two to become comfortable with...

BUT a fourth choice may also be needed: Lose #5, keep Reid, AND HIRE a new personell person/GM

I'm with 5, a new HC and a separate GM.

Kolb isn't ready, and doesn't look anything like he will be anytime in the near future. I realize that it's a small sampling of his work, but he's looking waaaaay immature out there to even be considering starting him. Think Hoying w/o arm strength...that's what we're looking at folks. Sure, there's a chance to draft someone, or pick a vet up in free agency, but exactly what does that get? Another guy on the bench learning the system (in the case of a draft pick) or someone who probably doesn't have the skills (albeit diminished) that 5 already has.

He's going to find a home in another system and win. That's virtually a lock. I guess I'm just thinking that I'd like to see him get that chance here, rather than for somebody else.

Dump Reid.

The guy has done great things for the franchise in his time here. He turned a program around and got it back to prominent stature. He became the all-time winningest coach along the way, but ultimately his ways, his devout beliefs in his philosophy, and his need for complete control have undermined what he helped to build.

Thanks for the years, thanks for the memories, but Andy...it's time to go.
