They didn't think there was anyone in the top 45 picks that could possibly help them on offense.

Heckert said 12-15. I can't imagine that he realistically thought Glen Dorsey or whatever would be available at 19. Morever, Jeff Otah was a solid player available. They didn't need Matt Ryan or Darren McFadden or Jerod Mayo (maybe they might have). I mean, I find it hard to believe they didn't like ANYONE at 19.

Is there anyone left who DOESN'T think this? It's been obvious now for some time that this team only cares about the money (yearly salary cup champions), and these last two years of the draft have made it painfully obvious.

Until people stop coming to the games, they will change nothing. They care not about winning, just about being competitive while raking in the bucks.

And they know that ain't gonna happen. They know we will keep coming back year after year after year. And the fans take it up the tailpipe while their wallets get emptied.

They will struggle being competitive if they sit pat like they always do. The Skins got a huge WR in Thomas. So, now the Birds have the smallest secondary and an ancient playing safety.
