I was just tryin to match the sarcasm on here.

Am I a motard for wantin them to draft a PK and or a Punter? If they dont, im sure theyd bring in the obligatory P/PK free agents who werent drafted.....and i know that they already signed 1 PK...

I dunno- extra picks....

Kellen Davis the TE outta Michigan state still out there-...

Demps the Saftey too.

Fricksake! Cant keep up with this- The Safety Demps it is!

5'11, 205 lbs.

Demps was slated as a 4th rounder and so there ya go.

Its a gamble, but he supposedly has very good cover skills....not so hot vs the run.

Heckert says they dont care bout S's that arent good in coverage so there ya go.

The Cards with Fitz and Boldin have selected Doucet WR from LSU. Why on earth?

I have to believe at this point, the Eagles have said f-it and are going to keep Lito.

They clearly have not had the interest they thought they would and with Fabian Washington getting traded for a fourth, why not just keep him?

He'll make himself a distraction Id think, hope not- always liked Lito- dont want him to become a whiner.

Jack Ikegwuonu , CB, Wisconsin. 6'0, 200. Decent size. But interesting pick in that he's busted up.

Someone said that he may have to begin the yr on the PUP list after a horrendous knee injury suffered in January.

Supposedly a 1st round talent pre-injury.

I guess I'm the only one who likes this draft. A 2nd, a 4th, and a 1st next year from a terrible team for the 19th pick? There's no one they could have drafted there that would have had immediate impact, and that trade was a steal.
Their only choice for current season impact was to try to swing a deal for a veteran wideout, and there were no takers. The fact that teams seem to value cornerbacks so low now (since when has a wideout been worth more than pro-bowl CB?) means that it never would have been worth it to the Eagles to deal Sheppard.
In the end, the Eagles nabbed the one receiver who could probably help them this year. My only question for the critics would be, what did you expect?

No, you're not the only one.

I was very VERY happy yesterday when they traded out.

I also think it's not over- as far as the rosters make up.

And if they DO keep Lito, well, as some have alluded to here- it's definatlely a team strength.

I still think he'll go.
