I still don't connect... I still get the old site. Luckily I know the IP address.

GGB might be here, but lots of times he's not quite sure where he is.

I get all new site stuff on every page Johnson.

Maybe it just hasn't quite propagated all the way yet. When was the DNS switched over?

I switched the DNS last night around 10:00.

How do you normally get to the site? Do you enter through the home page or are you bookmarked right to the forums?

I went through the home page and got in to the new site. Just tried going through bookmark to homepage and got a "we're in the pricess of moving" message.

I usually go right to the forums. I used tabbed browsing and almost never reboot, so I have a bunch of sites always open.

With the DNS being switch at 10pm last night, the fact that so many people are already seeing the new site is impressive. Usually anything under 24 hours is great.

You cleared your cache and everything, right (probably a stupid question)?

I got here through the home page too.

FWIW, I got on right away vie IE on my home computer. Cannot get on via firefox on my work computer (using remote desktop)even after clearing out cookies, etc.

Yeah, I cleared my cache. I know this process can take 24-48 hours, I'm just hoping for the shortest period possible. Ideally this should have been done over the weekend but the middle of the week was better for the developer.

Gotta take what you can get.

Hopefully everything will be in order for Traditional Friday on the Level.

I am in. When I first came to the bookmarked page it gave me a moving message. But after a refresh I can see the new site. Yuengling ads....nice. Will long time posters be getting free samples?

Nice look but prefered the older "back to forum", post reply, etc at the bottom of the thread.

But, I am a lonely voice in the wilderness.

I'm surprised KB trumped FD in total posts.

I have to say the speed and responsiveness of the new site is a huge plus.

Otherwise, it's all window dressing for me but the improved functionality is really nice.

Jules... hang in there, we're on the same page as far as board navigation at the bottom of the thread. I'm considering adding the "Main Forum List" and "Back to Forum" links to the forum navigation that's currently down there.

I'm glad you guys are putting the site through the paces and it's responding... it was a concern when moving it. we'll just have to see how it does during peak season.
