Seth's boss must be on vacation this week. Of course in his defense the draft is coming up along with the Flyers, Sixers, and Phils it has been a good week for the home teams.

And when the Eagles fuck up in the draft there'll be even more to discuss.

After talkin with him offline, I posted an abridged update and confirmed his "not going back" status as it pertains to the Level.

What a puss..

He needs to drop the pom poms!

Ever since the leaderboard went up, he's been the Lance Armstrong of posting and he's nipping at KB's heals.

I think he was behind me at one point and just cleared me by over 100 posts in the past couple days.

Not only is Section right- (look how much there is to talk about now! And the Draft has always been my favorite time of yr- I used to do those player profiles by position each year- really detailed and in depth, beginning in March etc, tho I dont have the time for that anymore and I think it was deemed kinda an excercise in futility last time we asked for volunteers to take some positions and nobody really wanted to pitch in)

- & lets be clear about something...if the leaderboard disapeared it would be more than fine with me, I think its a distraction to some and not ever what this site was about....you get on some sites, post counters (like your EMB, FD) and those knobs think its a badge of honor like "I have season tickets and I think...." like the WIP callers. We've never been about that or emoticons or Avatars here.

Lastly, this is not some sudden surge- ive had literally NO internet access at home from late December thru LATE March...give or take the BRIEFEST of connections here or there (F Verizon).
FINALLY ive had connectivity as it was repaired.


The 1st time they had a post count, I was being made fun of by MIG and BD for being almost a thousand ahead of anyone.

Then they wiped out TONS of the posts from the Bleeds only, when they did the elevation to the new concept 2 upgrades ago and a ton of everyones posts got whacked, but mainly mine( Bleeds).


The only 1 i know here who obsesses about the leader board is NEAG. If you (NEAG) think that im posting in the Flyers thread the other nite for anything other than the enjoyment of watching it 'with' some of you guys you're nuts.

Id love it (leaderboard) wiped the F out tomorrow so NEAG can go back to "post a pic" threads.

And before ANYONE suggests it- "Im not worked up at all"...

Just kinda shakin my head that someone would even call that into question, given my affinity for the site and keeping it as UNLIKE others typical boards as possible.




And yes- my boss has been out since Wednesday- effers.,,,

KB- honest question ; are you suggesting (i ask cos i really dont know what you meant here) that talking to the guys from the site off the board is something, 'brutal' or signaling a hobby being needed?

Dont take anything from that, not being sarcastic or anything- legitmately wondering what you mean here.

I should have known...I saw a case of them for sale on E-Bay from a guy named "Grecian Bush in Delaware"...oh well.

I think the leaderboard has been in place for a few years now, so it's not like a new thing--just more in your face--honestly, no one cares.
