Looks like the Bears released Adam Archuleta.

I know he hasn't done anything since leaving the Rams, but I think he's woth a shot. Give him a 2 year deal with heavy incentives and hope he plays like a man possessed, if he doesn't cut him in training camp.

Dude falls out of favor with 3 teams in 3 straight seasons and you want to give him a shot here?

His next job should be in the broadcast booth. He's a whiter Roy Williams, but at least the Pillsbury Slowboy lays wood every once in a while.

I think it's worth a shot to see if you can catch lightning in the bottle. Vet minimum base with incentives.

I haven't heard any negative locker room issues, and I'm not sure why he fell out of favor (work ethic, dumb as a stump, slow, etc). I just assumed it was big payday syndrome.

You'll know after 2 weeks in training camp if he still has anything. If he doesn't cut him, no harm no foul.

He is 30, so in Eagle years that makes him 45.

He fell out of favor because he's terrible. He can't cover anyone.

He keeps getting fired because he's just an awful football player.

The Redskins traded him to Chicago for a 6th round pick and the Redskins are allergic to the draft.

The problem with Archuleta is that his "natural" position is OLB-which I think he played in College. He wasn't big enough to play LB in the NFL, so they made him a safety. He isn't good in pass protection, which for a safety, is not a good thing.

The dude is done.
