Ha...at first, I thought Schwartz was being a dick, but after seeing it again this morning, I see why he was upset.
I don't think Harbaugh realized who was in front of him until after he did it. Immediately after, he kind of toned it down.
Either way, Schwartz didn't have to react like that. He's been talking a lot of shit this year, so even if Harbaugh was being a dick, it feels a little like sour grapes.
Overall, I just thought it was funny. No biggie.

Some various points from Around The League:
- Jerry Jones didn't like how Jason Garrett called the final offensive sequence for the Cowboys - makes it seem like he didn't trust Romo. Gotta play to win instead of not to lose.
- Jason Campbell broke his collarbone and is out for the year. Rumors are the Raiders are pursuing Carson Palmer (they really should reach out to David Garrard, who won't cost them any picks).

First of all, no one has signed David Garrard because he flat-out blows. He was never a good quarterback, and he certainly isn't any better now. There is a reason he is unemployed.
How dumb are the Bengals? Apparently, Mike Brown has once again reiterated that he will not trade Palmer "no matter who calls." What the fuck is wrong with this asshole? Cincinnati has a rookie QB who looks like he has some potential. The team is moving on. The Carson Palmer era is over. Why on Earth would they not work on a trade with Oakland? They have so much leverage in a deal like this, and they could really bend Oakland over a log, screwing them hard and extracting a pretty penny for Palmer. I don't even give a shit about the Bengals or Palmer, but this is so fucking dumb it's driving me insane. Mike Brown can take his losing "principle" and shove it up his own ass.
Right now, the Eagles should try to see if they can unload Vince Young. It would be a stupid move by the Raiders, but they might be desperate enough for it. Get one of those precious 6th rounders in return for him. He has no value to the Eagles. If Vick goes down, the season is over, and Kafka is the only legit future option at QB (with valid questions about how legit said future would be). Young leaves after this season, and the Eagles will have nothing but a highlight reel of his interception and his "Dream Team" quote to show for it.
If the Raiders don't make a deal like these happen, I have a bad feeling about whose phone will be ringing.
And I think bass may jump off a bridge when he sees #4 in the Silver and Black.

Well, the Dolphins had a chance to sign him, but he wanted too much $$$ (from what I heard) and the Dolphins balked. I mean, is Matt Moore a better option at QB than Garrard, unless you're trying to get your HC fired?
And he's black! Black QBs on the Raiders forever! (/sarcasm) It'd be funny if the Raiders traded for McNabb, since for all intents and purposes the McNabb era is done in Minny and JaMarcus Russell has more mobility now than 5 (though he's still got the arm).
And it's established Mike Brown is one of the worst GMs in football, if not in pro sports. Palmer is personal for this knucklehead.

I thought Brown was the owner, not the GM? Doesn't matter, he should try to get something out of the situation.
I'm thinking the Raiders are going to look to whomever they can pick up quickly but I doubt a move gets done via trade. Boller will probably start, and I'm going to hazard a guess that Pryor gets some Tebow time at the end of the year if the Raiders aren't making the playoffs. If they are or close to it/in contention, they'll ride the horse that keeps them going (Boller/Gerrard etc).

He's both. Obviously, it's been a very successful model for this historic franchise.
The Raiders ARE in contention right now because the team is playing well, but without a QB, it won't be pretty.
Bass, I thought about them trading for McNabb, too, but do teams really need a statue who can only complete three-yard passes? If they get that desperate, the Raiders would be better off lining up a JUGS machine under center.

That statement is patently false.
I think it has more to do with the strange way he exited the Jags, and the subsequent statements regarding the Dolphins than his ability. He could certainly help a few teams right now

Fred, he is not a good quarterback. He's Trent Dilfer with a little more athleticism and needs to be in a primarily rushing offense to succeed.
Anyway, it looks like the Raiders have contacted him, so you'll get to see how good he is soon enough.

Yeah Talon, I just think think he's better than "flat out blows" and also think he has a stronger arm than you think- he'll be a good fit in Raiderland. And he'd be nuts to turn down that opportunity, with the weapons that the Raiders have

Like......the Raiders? Yeah, I'll take my slap in the mouth now.
FD - if you had to choose between going to Miami and saving their season (with their HC about to be tossed) or getting a better offer, which would YOU choose? The Miami situation made it seem like it was Garrard saying "make it worth my while" and Miami saying, "screw you, we've got Matt Moore".
And people wonder why franchise is so jacked up.

And the Jags let him go more for money reasons than for his skill. Sure, it's not like they were cutting Warren Moon, but if they were so interested in playing the rook, they should've decided that going into camp instead of making Garrard the starter at the end of the preseason.
You almost never see a named starter cut that soon in the preseason unless he either makes too much $$$ or slept with someone's wife (or husband.....I mean, it's jacked up out there)

Well ,this kind of explains Gerrard:
"8 minutes ago: AdamSchefter One more QB down RT @JayGlazer: Take one name out of search for QB, David Garrard told me he needs surgery on herniated disc in his back."

I get that, but I think being away from football for a year is suicide, compared to taking your lumps with a floundering franchise.
Now it appears he's hurt. Maybe that had something to do with the offers he was or wasn't getting. There's also a chance it might be more an elective surgery, if I wanted to spin it into a conspiracy.
Rather than walk into a situation where you're likely to fail (given the amount of time to learn the playbook, etc.) and possibly further hurt your chances at starting in the future OR have the stigma of being out of football for a year, get the surgery, take the year off, and come back next year without as much negativity attached to your name.

You would never know Al Davis died:
Raiders close to trading a 2012 1st and a conditional 2013 1st for Carson Palmer. Bengals reportedly also considering wanting Aaron Curry.

OK, so the trade is done. Palmer goes to the Raiders for a 2012 1st, a 2013 2nd (that could turn into a 1st if certain conditions are met), AND they pay the rest of his salary.
The kicker? The Raiders were supposedly interested in Vince Young.
