This is not a correct use of grammar- no subject, implied or otherwise
The words above do not constitute a proper sentence.

To make it plain for the slackjaw from Cheltenham, you cannot comprise a sentence from a simple adverb.

Andy Reid - NFL Coach of the Year?
Especially if they win this upcoming game, I can't think of a better candidate except maybe Marvin Lewis. Considering the drastic number of injuries the Birds have had this season...

Sean Payton. The Saints were 8-8 last year. That's a pretty decent turn around.

There's also a rookie coach that could have potentially ran the table on the regular season if he didn't start sitting starters to get ready for the playoffs. No man should ever win coach of the year if the team they coached lost to an Al Davis owned team.

Nope, ... no sarcasm. I thought the word was "seeded".
Anyway, ... back to "General NFL Discussion".

At this rate one of them is gonna get blown up to be made as an example, and I'm just waiting to see who throws who under the bus first after their playoff loss.

Is it even a question? Favre hasn't shown any ability to keep his mouth shut up to this point, so I don't know why he'd start after this year's early playoff exit.
The Vikings probably did better this year with Favre than without him, but as many here predicted, the endgame is still going to be the same. He got what he wanted out of it, beating Green Bay twice, so it's time for him to start winging it and losing it.

TMQ is a hack and that article proves it. Unread columnists with axes to grind are a pathetic sight.
His primary evidence that Favre is "blowing up the team" is the fact that he had a seperate locker in NY and GB. The link he provides as evidence actually says he had lockers with the players and changed after games in a separate room to avoid the media.
Kinda reeks of a pathetic shot at a guy he doesn't like.
The idea that Favre "blew up" the Jets last year is also pretty pathetic. They were 4-12 the previous season and 9-7 with him. Also, as everyone knows, he was playing great football until his injury.
The whole thing is a joke. The guy has been around so long that it seems a lot of people out there hate him for one reason of another. If you just listened to "retard on the street" they'd probably have something negative to say about Favre and when you go look at the stats, his team has 11 wins and he's the 3rd highest rated QB in the league...higher than Manning and Brady.
It drives me nuts that I have to run around correcting national clumnists and defend a 40 year old QB who's obviously playing about as well as anyone in the NFL.
I'm not even a big fan of the guy and I find myself defending him all the time over the last year or so from bizarre criticism.

not sure about unread, i remember him being up there as far as page views
but i guess he's not just basing it on the separate locker, but former players coming out.
i honestly don't care anymore, i do know he pisses off teammates, but he's not going around destroying franchises

Yeah, that ESPN Page 2 is where every young writer hopes they end up. Hell of a lot better than most writers, I guess, but not exactly the promised land. Unread is definitely pushing it, but those page views probably don't take into account that his articles are 20 pages each.
On your second point, former teamates seem to love Favre. For every one who has something negative to say, 10 more say he was great as a teammate.
Really, I just wanted to point out that the entire basis for his article was factually incorrect. Pretty pathetic, IMO.

i just know what some coaches have said about him in addition to the players, but he still isn't a franchise-wrecker, and there are a lot of great players who are disliked by their teammates, so it's a non-story

Eh...it's always been far more positive than negative with him from both coaches and players.
The criticism mostly seems to come from fans who think he has been overrated by the media and writers who think they can make a little extra money by cashing in on that backlash.

Wake me up when he recounts some of McNabb's hilarious locker room pranks, like the time he put a whoopie cushion on a chair right before Cecil Martin sat on it!

Stop blubbering. You know you like it.
Inciteful comments aside, we have a classic ego battle, and if Childress learned anything from Reid, is that he needs to be in control of everything. That's one reason why this isn't going to end well. Favre and Reid? Good gravy.
But I don't blame Favre for the loss in Chicago. Shoot, without him, they don't even come back. He owned the 2nd half (against a depleted secondary, sure, but that last second TD was where it needed to be, regardless of defender) , and only AP forgetting about his fumblitis keeps the Vikes from clinching the #2 seed.

And TMQ always has good stuff to read about. He's better than a ton of writers out there, but he dropped respect points from me b/c he chased after the money (ESPN) after they booted him and he found a nice home on NFL.com.

I don't read him because he's so boring (other than some of the team nicknames), but how else would you define a writer who doesn't do enough research to read the links he includes as sources in his own article?
Hacktastic.

Just because you disagree with him doesn't make him a hack. And he is definitely not boring. Maybe Peter King is better suited to you.
