With the lack of a collective bargaining agreement, we all know about the non-capped year ahead for the NFL, which also makes players restricted until they’ve played for at least 6 years. However, I had no idea about how winning games in the playoffs will hamper teams’ eligibility to sign free agents.
The good news for the Eagles is that they didn’t win any playoff games, so they are completely unrestricted.
The bad news for the Eagles is that they don’t want to win any championships, so they are completely restricted by their own misery, arrogant philosophy.

He becomes the seventh Eagles player to be officially named to the NFC squad this season, joining David Akers, Trent Cole, DeSean Jackson, Jason Peters, Asante Samuel, and Leonard Weaver. Quarterback Donovan McNabb will be officially named to the Pro Bowl after this weekend's games. McNabb is the first alternate and either Drew Brees or Brett Favre won't be able to play because his team is going to the Super Bowl.
On a side note, that would mean that Philly would have a tie for the league high in Pro Bowl representatives with Minnesota.
Never has a team so bad been made to look so good.

He looks like what it would look like if Joe Banner and Rich Kotite had a kid.
