Not much of a choice

I need some QB advice. I am stuck at starting either Tim Rattay or Josh McCown. Other than flipping a coin, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Obviously, I forgot about QBs at draft time.

Personally I would go with Rattay. Granted the 49ers stink but when it comes to garbage time production Rattay is at the top. If you can endure his -2 to -4 pts or more for fumbles and INT's he still should get you about 12-15 pts this week. Mccown is just gonna be asked to hand off and the team within Rackers range. Don't look for big yards from him. JMO.

You're best bet is to scour the waiver wire and get Vinny T or someone else.

Testaverde, vs the Ravens? That's IF he starts. Bollinger is supposed to start.

To answer the question, I'd go Rattay, in fact, I think I'm playing Rattay instead of Brees at NE and Griese vs Lions(might still go Griese). Arizona's D is a bit banged up. Barlow will actually have some success against them and Rattay should see less pressure.

McCown is too big a question mark. He could have a good game vs 49ers but he was terrible when he replaced Warner last week. I'm actually starting the SF defense.

Bollinger is gonna get Showtime at the Apollo treatment. Book it. Besides I was suggesting Vinny T or someone else depending how desperate he was and how bone thin the waiver wire was in his league. Some points is better than no points at all.

I'm feeling it with you. I'm flabergasted and praying for 3 +40 yrd FG's from Kasay tonight.

It's small consolation that the SF D came up big when the O did so bad and let AZ run the score up anyway.
