I've played at both Sandbox and Sportsline.com, and I think they've actually merged now.
Sportsline was okay, but I'm open to hearing the pros and cons of any other sites.

Fanball.com was an exceptional site for FF, but they went bankrupt in December and are now offering leagues for a fee. I run a league on fanball, so we'll have to see how things go with a league fee. For the moment, I still recommend Fanball.com.

We've used Sportsline for the last four seasons, since everybody in our league used to work together in PA and now we are spread around the country. Thet have alot of features and options, but rumor has it that they will be charging this year (~$120/league) for stat services.

I set up a league for my family on Yahoo. It's free, easy to set up, and pretty well run.

I did football over on Yahoo last year and I was pretty happy with it.
1) It's free.
2) It's easy to set up a league and is very customizable.
3) They update points on a regular basis DURING the games.
4) They started a new policy of putting all new players on 2-day waivers, so now the first person to see a player can't just snap him up.
5) They provide handy news itms on each player via partnerships with (I think) Fanball.
Yeah, it's yahoo, but they do a decent job of it.

I'm just curious-- with a year behind you, is everyone sticking with the same sites for your leagues? Any others I should consider?

Talon, we've switched from fanball's Exit 42 to fanball commissioner. It looks fantastic and for the price (49.95) can't be beat!

I've never participated in a FF league but may have some unanticipated free time this fall. Is anyone thinking about running a league just for contributors on the Level?

MIG - tell me more about this Fanball Commissioner league?
All I know is that the price is good and you can set your own scoring rules.
What else?

You can set your own scoring, they have a live draft room, Live SCoring.. make trades..make your own rules.. check it out at fanball.com. You can create your own league right now for free and only pay for it two weeks into the season I believe

Same boat as long. Never played before.
If anybody's got the time to run an online Level league, I'm in.
