More food for thought:
Tony Gonzalez - TE Kansas City Chiefs 09/18/03
Gonzalez has been bothered by ankle and knee injuries this season and after being heavily covered by both the Steelers and Chargers, he only has four catches for 26 yards. HC Dick Vermiel said that it is still a priority to get Gonzalez involved. "I'm always worried when he doesn't catch enough footballs but we didn't throw that much last week," Vermeil said. "We always go into the ball game with a lot for Tony Gonzalez to do and to contribute. Certainly, we would like to get the ball into his hands more than two times a game."
Huddle Up: So would every fantasy owner in the world too.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Priest Holmes - RB Kansas City Chiefs 09/18/03
Holmes was held out of practice on Wednesday and limited to running and weight training. He is currently listed as questionable on the injury report for a calf injury, but the reality is that he was "beat up" in the Steelers game last week and suffered a bruise to his ribs during the game though he continued to play. "He took some pretty good shots all over his body, so he's a little bit sore all over, just as he was last Wednesday," HC Dick Vermeil said. "It was almost game time before he felt OK."
Huddle Up: There is little doubt that Holmes will play and be no worse than he was last week. Holmes grew up in San Antonio and played for the University of Texas, so this is somewhat of a homecoming for him. Holmes said he would about 20 family and friends attending the game - a sure sign that he fully intends to play and play well.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Patrick Ramsey - QB Washington Redskins 09/18/03
Ramsey did not fully practice on Wednesday but remains certain that he will play Sunday against the Giants. Ramsey sprained his left shoulder last week but remained in the game and still threw for a career best 356 yards against the Falcons.

OK, the deal has changed a little, the owner of the company and I have struck a deal, we will both pick a differant team and play until the end, and no mater what we're going to split the money. He's taking KC so I'm going to need another pick any ideas, I'm still a little warey of the NYG and Skins game.

Would've been safe with the Giants, Tattoo.
So you are down to 8? That's amazing.
Green Bay over Chicago. If you haven't taken Green Bay yet. They are coming off an embarrassing loss at ARZ and will redeem themselves.

DGB, if you look up a few posts earlier in this thread I have planned on taking GB this week, but you're correct they should rebound well (I hope.) and hell if this Suicide league end soon it'll make for an even better game on 10/5.

AE - there's no such thing. How would you explain Green Bay losing to ARZ?
Not in the NFL - there are no locks. Ask Seth about the "Book It" against Tampa Bay.

Ind Buff Sea, are the three teams I've used so far. The owner of my company have juoined and are going to split the 4,250 points SO I need two teams this week, I'm still leaning towards GB I'm just looking for a little insight...

Tat, don't risk it. Better to go in another direction than bet on Culpepper being out. The Odds Fairy would just screw you by giving Moe Williams a 300-yard rushing record with four TDs. (FYI: I just checked the news wire and Culpepper will be a decision based on his Friday practice, if that helps you)
I'd look at Denver. I believe that Detroit's secondary is very injured right now, and Plummer is doing pretty well lately with a ton of options to throw to. You also have San Diego to bet against, seeing as they have almost no worthwhile WR's going this week.

Oh, and to answer your other question, Moss will practive on Friday for the first time this week. I'm not sure on his overall status, though.
