Most of us are in different leagues. I thought it would be amusing to post bizarre moves.
In one league, a Bucs fan dropped Rod Gardner for Freddie Jones. I plan to dump Pinky for Gardner, but await the waiver result.
Same league, a Rams fan dumped Curtis Martin for Marc Bulger. Now, I can see this to a degree. Martin has struggled. However, he already has Hasselbeck, who cranks out good fantasy points. Further, this leaves him with Marshall Faulk and Antowain Smith. No backup. Again, dumping Buckhalter for Martin, if I get the waiver request.
Not really an "Eagle lover" in that league. Both were fairly late selections and certainly best on the board.

Before the season started, I traded Zeroue for Boston.
We all know I got robbed on that deal. I was looking to add a 3rd WR of quality. Hoping anyway. I had Harrison and Chad Johnson. Well, after 2 weeks, Johnson is the #7 WR and Harrison is #34.
I don't know what's going on with the Colts, but Marvin is a no-show so far.
Also, we had the expected Anquoan Boldin pick up after week 1. The kid had never played fantasy football before, it was to be expected.

Heh. WR's on bad teams with servicable QB's are like printing money. I actually had to draft Galloway this year, but Chad Johnson was free as usual.
My favorite? I picked up Stallworth in every league. 101 yds in Week 1.
Now if only my QB's didn't burn me every Sunday...

Well, I did get the Gardner for Pinky move. Didn't get Martin. Bummer. Picked up his backup, though. You never know.
I still can't believe Gardner was dumped. Not Tier 1, but still a quality point producer.
Picked up Dave Boston from Tattoo. Traded Josh Reed and TJ Duckett.

That team (the one with Gardner) is insane.
Plummer and McNabb
Tomlinson, Green, Buck, Moe Williams, and Stacey Mack
K. Robinson, Burress, Toomer, D. Jackson, R. Wayne, R. Gardner, and Donald Driver
Todd Heap
Elam and Akers
KC and Carolina
Why so many players? The league was set to have individual scoring by defensive players, but they've never shown points in two weeks. We think the commish screwed up. So, I dumped the D players (5) and picked up all the backup RBs, etc.

Yup. Boldin is riding the pine as my No. 4 receiver, though. Not too bad.
But, like Boston when he was there, he might be the only legit target on that team.

This is the most bizarre move ever:
The guy with the top pick in our draft took Kelly Holcolmb #1 overall. KELLY HOLCOLMB!?!?!
Yes, he's die-hard Browns fan, not to mention incredibly stupid.

Is this bizarre?
In my money league, I traded Harrison and Heap for Jamal Lewis and Desmond Clark.
I don't need Clark because I have McMichael, but we had to do 2 for 2.
Now my starting backs are Stephen Davis and Jamal Lewis. Also have Buck and Willie Green. My WRs got weaker obviously, but I still have Chad Johnson, David Boston, Rod Gardner and I picked up Tyrone Calico.

Actually, I think it's a good move for you. You didn't swindle the guy, but you now have two stud RBs and RBs are the bread and butter of FFL. Swapping TEs is always okay in my book because they rarely generate the points people think. Not sure what scoring you have, though.
You just need Boston to step up for that trade to look really good.

Maybe with Flutie as QB, Boston will do something.
He's been open. I've watched SD play a few times and they throw to Boston a lot. But Brees sucks big donkey balls and always ALWAYS underthrows or overthrows Boston. I'd bet almost 99% of his INTs were throws intended for Boston.
That Miami game was a good example. Threw down field once for Boston (who was wide open) - it was underthrown and picked. Later Boston was open in the endzone, same thing - picked.
Here's to some Flutie magic and the ability to hit Boston in stride.
