Ok calm down dude. You score a lot of points but your still 3-3. Don't mean a thing if you don't get the W.

Welcome to the 700 Level FFL
Week 7 Recap:
Stud Player(s) of the Week-
P Holmes, D. Mcnabb 30pts (Priest almost beat on the Hulksters by himself. Unfortunately for DGB that was the only bullet in his gun. D-mac bounces back after being Dud player last week and comes through big for Skillz.) Honorable mentions-Balt Def 27 pts, Ahman Green 20 pts (Deion waltzs into a W for Hulk, Green gives GGB the edge.)
Dud Player of the Week- Atl Def -2 pts (Goes into the record books as the team that gave up 8 rushing TD's and a big L in the game column for jerobi.)
A.W.O.T.W- Airborne Express (Skillz comes back with a vengance and takes AE behind the woodshed for a 43 point whuppin'. The Mcanbb/TO combo proved to be too much this week.)
"You play to win the game!!!" -LI Teas (after getting embarresed in weeks 1-3, ENY pulls a Herm Edwards and rallies the troops to a 3 game win streak and fighting to make the playoffs after upsetting the No. 1 seed WaferThin Confidence coached by jerobi.)
C.O.T.W- LevelDwellers (Winning there first game of the season over the favored BleedingHartLiberals. Talon's 0-7 start has the masses calling for his head as he sticks to blaming Bill O'Reilly and the right wing agenda for his Kotite-esque coaching.)
Coaching Blunders of the week- TheHulksters
(falling for the Moss will not miss a start ploy, he sits C. Chambers on his and Miami's best offensive day. Chambers- 128 receiving yards 1 TD =12 pts; Moss pulls a Ashlee Simpson and stays out for two plays does a hoe-down and leaves with no catches. It didn't cost them the win, but easily could have.)
Waiver Wire Gems of the Week- F-wood Brickhouses/Airborne Express (foils TheHulksters plan of picking up Gaffney on waiver when the bye is over. Curse you Hooky!! Airborne Eagle picks up McCardell who will be a reliable 3rd receiver.)
Waiver Wire Pieces of Coal-J. Rice 1 catch 10 yds. Not exactly something to make other owners fear.

Quote of the week: (a.k.a Another one bites the dust/I coulda been a contendah!!)
"I am a dark horse candidate. I am almost in the points lead for crying out loud!!!! I have something like 150 more points than GGB's pathetic losers.
Hulk will find out what I'm about this week." -DGB
2nd in points, but 9th in the standings.
TheHulksters-70 (6-1)
DirtyGreenBirds-63 (3-4)

Nice writeup as usual, Hulk.
Man, Randy Moss must have screwed millions of FF folks at the last second. I got suckered in by some fantasy writeup that he would be in just long enough to snag a TD and keep his streak alive. So I started him in two leagues, benching Clayton (1TD + like 120+ yds, I think) in one of them.
I think Drew Bennett's outstanding one-catch performance might even unseat Rice as the dud of the week, Moss aside. The bums!

Thanks Jerobi. Moss hurt the most because I have him in my FFL and my money league and I actually had him benched earlier in the week. But I didn't want to be the guy that benched him then he comes in and has 2 goal line jump ball TD's. Damned if you do.....

I think that's the first weekly write up that did not feature at least one deragatory sentence directed at me.
That's fucked up, Man. Messin' with my Mojo like that...

Yeah I noticed that. But then again this is the first week you didn't say something stupid or do a extremely moronic pick-up or move.
There, feel better?

Glenn,
Stick your chest in just a little buddy. Don't expect your team to score 107 pts like that every week. You'll come down to earth real soon. Enjoy it while you can.

I believe that, according to your posts, you enjoy talking about protruding nipples ... or any nipples for that matter ... more than ruffling feathers.
But the feathers comes in at a close second.

Welcome to the 700 Level FFL
Week 8 Recap:
Stud Player(s) of the Week-
P Manning 37 pts (Peyton throws up 5 TD's in a losing effort for the Colts but a big win for Tattoo.) Honorable mentions-P Holmes 27 pts, J Plummer 27 pts, T Green 25 pts
Dud Player of the Week- Ariz Def -4 pts (Getting beat up by a bad Bills team is not the way to play after a big win) Honorable mentions- Denver Def -1 , NE Def -1 (Wow!! Not a good week for a few defenses.)
A.W.O.T.W-BiSC's Shipbuilders (A unforunate victim of a 44 pt throttling by the one-two punch that is P Holmes and C. Martin. Ouch!)
Dishonorable mentions-
LevelDwellers (Tattoos team doubles up on Johnsons squad with a 41 pt pimp slap.) WaferThin Confidence (Two back to back crushing defeats for the once lofty number #1 seed. jerobi is just trying to hold on to playoff hopes at this point. Can he turn it around, or is his team in a downward spiral?)
"Vote or Die" -BleedingHartLiberals (I hope the Redskins myth about their last home game determing the election or better yet voter turn out are the real presidential indicators, because BHL's 0-8 run is a disheartening omen for the Dems. He didn't win any of the popular or electoral college.)
C.O.T.W- Ann Arbor Arrogance (While being a loudmouthed pompous ass, GGB has gotten his team back in the top tier of playoff contenders and produced the second highest scoring week of the season.)
Coaching Blunders of the week- Bloodofgreen66
(To lose by two points is one thing, but to have J Lewis who is suspended on your active roster along with R Dayne who just plain stinks is brutal. A trade or waiver wire pick-up just might have helped you there.) Honorable mention-Airborne Express (Whats the point of picking up McCardell if he sits on the bench? Two weeks in a row he outplays K Robinson who drops too many balls and smokes too much weed.)
Waiver Wire Gems of the Week- F-wood Brickhouses/DirtyGreenBirds (TheHulksters get zero production out of his wide outs as Gaffney runs in a TD for the Brickhouses. Curse you Hooky!! DGB goes out and picks up a kicker S Graham from the junk pile and gets 10 pts for his efforts)
Waiver Wire Pieces of Coal-D Levens (while not being a terrible pick up, both Reid and Talon found out that he doesn't have what it takes to replace Westbrook. 40 yards rushing and 10 receiving yards for 2pts ain't cutting it.)
