OK, a little not so great news... I just set up the Projector, the picture isn't real good against our screen... granted part of this has to do with the fact that there is no way to darken the room... also I am still trying to lengthen the cable the one I've got is a little short. I've been told by our IT guy that the picture will be better.

OK, here's the deal with regards to cost:

13.00 per adult. THAT'S IT!
If each adult pays 13.00 upon entry, we'll have enuff for the hall and enuff left over for a good tip for the bartender.

If you must drink something other than the keg of Bud Lite provided- please keep in mind that while other beers/mixed drinks are available, only AE can order them.


If someone has ironed out the definitive directions, if they could be pieced together and reposted here that would be good, as I am getting some questions via e mail and having never been there, hesitate to try to get people there.
