Hmm, … overcast, damp, breezy. Looks like a choppy day boys. Maybe someone can toss some chunky vegetable soup over the side of the boat to keep me in your thoughts. THEN drink a few for me.

Made it back. The best one ever. Unreal.

Best

One

Ever.

*One bad note, some in the area may have seen on the 11pm news already, but as we were out there fishin, we heard over the captn's radio, that the Whale Watcher boat (shoobie cruise) that we passed headin outta the channel, had a boy go over board. The 1st mate went into the sea, saw blood in the water, but no visual on the boy. This played out over the 1st few hours of our trip, hearing them radio the Coast guard, and then calling for "divers" - you knew the result. Can you imagine those poor parents?

The search for the body was ceased last nt around 8ish, and continues today. Turns out he was a 13 yr old from Staten Island who had been told 2x before to stop jumpin near the rail- he didnt and in he went.

Sad.
